I must give Ken accolades for his photography of my listings. It has been said more than once, that he brought the property to life and the buyer to the table. Most recently, he photographed two challenging properties…One with a stunning 60+ ft waterfall and a log cabin that tended to be dark – he took care of the lighting and under contract and closed in no time. The second with a rushing stream and multi-faceted artwork – the task was to not let the artwork overshadow the home…He did it and the house went under contract in 2 days.
